Synopsis :
In the view of most people, the life of Kathy (Carey Mulligan), Ruth (Keira Knightley), and Tommy (Andrew Garfield) is an almost perfect life. Three children are growing up together and became best friends, even after they are no longer a school friend. Over time, these three children grow up and realize that there is something different from the three of them.
Since childhood, Kathy, Ruth and Tommy were always together. The three of them lived in a boarding school located in a village in England. The environment in which they grow is very beautiful and what they have experienced since childhood were nearly word perfect. But beneath all that, there is one big secret that they never knew. They are not the same as other children their age who are outside the dormitory. There's so special about all those who live in this dorm.
When all three have grown up, a bitter reality suddenly hit them. They realized if they are really just clones who deliberately created and allowed to grow up with a definite purpose. They all are candidates for organ donation and when it is time then part of their body will be taken to be sold to people who need replacement organs.
